Services are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isoastra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Text messages

Program. Isoastra's public line, +1 (888) 818-7554, answers text messages from people who contact Isoastra. Replies concern your inquiry, scheduling and support, and may be written by our team or by an automated assistant acting for Isoastra. We do not send marketing messages on this line.

Opt-in. You opt in by texting the line, for example with the word HELLO. You receive one reply confirming the program, and replies continue only while the conversation you started is open.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact support@isoastra.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
